નાગરિક સુરક્ષા સંહિતા 2023 – કલમ – 264
વોરંટ કેસ હોય અને પોલીસ રિપોર્ટ (fir) આધારિત હોય અને તે કેસ જો આરોપી કબૂલાત કરે તો, કલમ 264 મુજબ ની જોગવાઈ લાગુ પડશે.
264. If the accused pleads guilty, the Magistrate shall record the plea and may, in his discretion, convict him thereon.
