am serving in a private organization trust ngo having 300 workers 1950 registered under registration trust act 2001 I am appointed from 1/ 1/2001 organization increases salary of workers every year or every three years No separate arias letter or any other paper is issued for direct deposit to workers bank account My salary has been increased in the organization from 2001 to 2011 then without any reason notice letter or four sheet departmental inquiry without any disciplinary action or wrongful action. Salary increase has been stopped by the organization despite repeated demands from the organization but no response has been given till date My service in the organization is currently ongoing I am due to receive salary increase from the organization I am due from the organization as follows Total 11 years of salary increase and increments are also pending date Total salary increment of three years on 1/7/2014 Organization paid on 2012/2013/2014 then salary increment of 2015/2016/2017 on 31/3/2018 total salary increment of three years paid on 1/1/2021 2018/ 2019/2020 total three year salary increment paid then 2021/2022 salary increment total two year salary increment paid on 31/3/ 22 so every three year or two years organization paid salary increment now i have to pay total 12 salary increment since 2011 pending to take my salary is not increased we have bank passbook copies of salary not paid to us as evidence and pay area sheets of other employees paid so now we can get the pending salary increase Then what is the next step we have to take for it.
