Theft
- Theft define under section 378 of IPC.
- The subject matter of theft is movable property.
- Dishonest intention is enough.
- Provocation for any work does not amount to theft.
Cheating
- Cheating defined under section 415 of IPC.
- The subject matter of cheating can be movable or immovable property.
- A person is deceived fraudulent and dishonestly.
- Any act which cause physically mental loss or loss to the reputation or Goodwill will be considered cheating.
