Difference between criminal breach of trust and dishonestly misappropriation of property?

Criminal breach of trust

1. Criminal breach of trust define under section 405 of IPC.
2. The property is being possessed by the accused in a lawful manner when he was entrusted with property.
3. Can trust property can be movable or immovable.
4. It is necessary to have trust between the parties.
5. They should be dishonest misappropriation or conversion or he dishonestly uses or dispose of that property in violation of any direction of the law.

Dishonestly  misappropriation of property

1. Dishonest misappropriation of property define under section 403 of IPC.
2. The possession of the property can be obtained in any manner generally such property is possessed by the excuse suddenly or without any criminal intention but there after that used misappropriate or convert it.
3. This offence is related only to movable property.
4. There is no trust between the parties.
5. The accused should dishonestly misappropriate or convert the movable property.
