Order under section 145(2) for recalling of witness
The present application is filed by the accused. He wants to cross-examine the complainant and other witnesses of complainant.
To observe the principle of natural justice and also it is the statutory right of the accused to cross-examine the complainant and other complainant’s witnesses, this application is required to be allowed and following order is passed.
