Order of exhibiting documents
Read the application. Perused the documents produced along with the documentary list. Mark___/1 is the original cheque, mark_____/2 is the return memo, mark______/3 is the notice issued by the complainant to accused through his advocate (Office Copy), mark_____/4 is the copy of window slip of post department showing that RPAD has been sent, mark___/5 is the copy of receipt of RPAD/track record of the post department showing the article has been delivered. Considering the documents produced along with the documentary list and keeping in mind the provision of NI Act and Evidence Act the same is required to be exhibited for proper decision of the case and relevant documents, therefore, following order is passed.
