I am a Senior Partner at S & S Associates, a full-service law firm based in Gujarat, India, with a strong focus on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Corporate Law. I am an Advocate with 26 years of experience in handling a wide spectrum of IP matters, including registration, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
As a member of the Bar Council of Gujarat, I have appeared as Lead Counsel in numerous high-value and complex litigation matters related to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and licensing disputes. I work closely with patent agents, trademark attorneys, and legal experts to formulate and execute robust litigation and enforcement strategies tailored to the needs of clients from diverse industries.
