Navratan Singh Fateh is a Canadian immigration lawyer and Barrister & Solicitor, as well as an Advocate in India. He advises individuals, families, and businesses on a range of Canadian immigration matters, including visa and permit applications, refusals, Federal Court judicial reviews, spousal and family sponsorship, permanent resident travel documents, and other immigration proceedings. Admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2014, he brings experience in Federal Court matters and Canadian immigration tribunals. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Panjab University and an LL.M. from the University of Toronto.
