Read the application. Offense under section-138 of NI Act is bailable offense. Accused is ready and willing to furnish the bail and bond, therefore, following order is passed.
Accused is hereby ordered to execute a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) and a surety of the like amount.
