Difference between force criminal force and assault?

Force

  1. Force is defined under section 349 of IPC.
  2. A person is said to use force to another if he cause motion change of motion of association of motion to that other either by his own bodily power or by disposing any substance or by including any animal to move.
  3. Cost of force if a person sees to any substance such motion or change of motion of situation of motion as bringing the substance into the contact with any part of that and others body or with anything that other is wearing a caring aur with anything so situated that such contact affected that other’s sense of feeling.
  4. Force may be used by one person at to another without physical contact of body any substance.

 

Criminal Force

  1. Define under section 350 of IPC.
  2. Kernel force when he intentionally uses force to any person without that person consent in order to the commiting of an offence with intent to cause injury fear or annoyance the persons to whom the force is used.
  3. When the gesture of preparation to use criminal force is materialised , then the offence is constituted as to use criminal force. to shake one’ s fits at a person in a salt but to bring it into contact with the force itself is criminal force.
  4. Use of criminal force include the assault.

 

Assault

  1. Assault Define under section 351 of IPC.
  2. A salt consists in gesture or any preparation indic- active of the use of criminal force which it has that the other person should see or here .
  3. Gesture or apprehension must be in such a position that there is apprehension on the mind of the plaintiff that the defendant is about to use criminal force against him.
  4. Does not include criminal force.
