Termination of Pregnancy Act 1971
The Mother of an unfortunate minor rape victim girl aged 14 years , has approached this court, pointing out that the girl is carrying about 20 that the girl is carrying about 20 weeks 8 days of pregnancy and that continuation of her pregnancy would be contrary to her interest would be contrary to permitted to subject her daughter to medical termination of pregnancy.
