👉 Community Service એટલે:
➡️ આરોપીને જેલમાં મોકલવાને બદલે
➡️ સમાજ માટે કોઈ ઉપયોગી કામ કરાવવું
📌 આ એક reformative punishment (સુધારાત્મક સજા) છે
👉 એટલે ગુનેગારને સુધારવાનો પ્રયાસ

👉 સામાન્ય રીતે નાના (petty) ગુનાઓમાં:

- નાની તોડફોડ (minor mischief)
- જાહેર ઉપદ્રવ (public nuisance)
