Criminal force

2. Intentionally using force to any person without that person’s consent to cause injury fear or annoyance to the person.

5. Competitively a serious offence.
6. An assault in its final stage takes the from of criminal force.

Assault

1. Assault define under Section 351.
2. Any gesture or preparation with the intention to cause any person present to apprehend that criminal force will be used on that person.
3. Mere apprehension of the person’s present that criminal force will be used is enough.
4. Any gesture of preparation are main features.
5. Comparatively a lesser serious offence.
6. This is a primary stage of criminal force.
7. Physical touch is not necessary.
